Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering staff.
• Own the New Product Development Process for motors and controls.
• Improve motor design and manufacturing processes with VAVE focus.
• Identify new product opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Develop succession and training plans for engineering.
• Oversee customer requirements, project prioritization, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external suppliers for critical products.
• Develop and execute R&D/engineering strategy aligned with market trends.
