You will guide the management team in R&D and sustaining engineering, shape product strategy, oversee new product development, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will build high-performance teams, collaborate with suppliers, manage budgets, and advance processes with a VAVE mindset while aligning with company objectives and market needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in engineering, R&D, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering staff and develop their capabilities.
• Own the New Product Development process and drive continuous improvement of design and manufacturing.
• Identify new product opportunities and streamline workflows to optimize resources.
• Develop succession and training plans for the engineering organization.
• Engage with customers to define requirements, prioritize projects, and address design-related actions.
• Collaborate with external suppliers for critical components and technologies.
