Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior leader to transform OCI's infrastructure delivery by moving engineering and construction to modular, off-site manufactured solutions across global data centers. You will own the product engineering lifecycle for standardized infrastructure modules, guiding DFM/DFA, supplier partnerships, and rapid deployment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product engineering, modular infrastructure, manufacturing engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• 7+ years leading engineering or product development organizations.
• Experience developing modular or prefabricated infrastructure solutions for mission-critical facilities or large-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, systems engineering, and hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead OCI's Product Engineering organization focused on modular infrastructure and industrialized construction.
• Establish engineering processes supporting concept development, product qualification, manufacturing readiness, deployment, sustaining engineering, and product evolution.
• Define and execute OCI's long-term modularization strategy across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and controls infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to transition field-built infrastructure into standardized modular products.
• Develop reusable product platforms that enable consistent deployment across OCI's global data center portfolio.
• Own the engineering lifecycle for OCI's modular infrastructure product portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional product development from concept through production deployment and sustaining engineering.
