Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for modular data center infrastructure. You will translate customer needs into engineering deliverables and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, construction, supply chain, and operations.

You will influence senior stakeholders, develop business cases with tangible metrics, and monitor product adoption to guide future releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, modular infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data center technologies.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
• Experience using data and customer insights to make product decisions.

• Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), monitor adoption and product performance, and incorporate lessons learned into future releases.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, manufacturing methods, and supplier capabilities to improve OCI's modular data center portfolio.
• Influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in technical product management, modular infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data center technologies.

Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

Strong ability to write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.

Experience using data and customer insights to make product decisions.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Knowledge of modular construction, prefabrication, liquid cooling, or AI data center infrastructure is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Success in This Role

You will be successful by delivering a product roadmap that enables faster deployment of modular data centers, improves customer outcomes, drives standardization, and aligns engineering execution with OCI's business strategy.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
