Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of modular infrastructure capabilities for OCI’s data center portfolio. You will translate customer needs into engineering deliverables while coordinating with architecture, construction, supply chain, and operations to drive scalable solutions.

You will develop business cases, manage roadmaps, and influence stakeholders to enable faster deployment and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in technical product management, modular infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, or data center technologies.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
• Experience using data and customer insights to make product decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of modular construction, prefabrication, liquid cooling, or AI data center infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

You will be successful by delivering a product roadmap that enables faster deployment of modular data centers, improves customer outcomes, drives standardization, and aligns engineering execution with OCI’s business strategy.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
