Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience designing or deploying modular, factory-built infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of mission-critical mechanical and electrical infra.
• Experience with OEMs or manufacturing partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of modular infrastructure solutions to reduce schedules and costs.
• Shift work from field to controlled manufacturing environments.
• Develop concepts that maintain or improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to optimize factory integration.
• Define requirements for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly.
