ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager for GAI Search Relevance in Mountain View. You will lead a team advancing ranking and relevance of AI-powered enterprise search, leveraging LLMs and RAG to improve summarization, groundedness, and citation accuracy.

You will shape the technical direction, manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable ML solutions across customers and data types.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied ML experience, preferably in ranking/relevance.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven Staff Engineer level or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring staff-level engineers and delivering production-grade projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing ML engineering team.
• Drive project plans, timelines, and budgets for ML initiatives.
• Define technical vision and guide LLM/RAG-based search innovations.
• Ensure scalable, reliable ML systems and high-quality results.
