The ideal candidate brings ferrous and nonferrous processing experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Ferrous and Non Ferrous processing experience is required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day facility operations, planning, logistics, and inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety procedures, ensure regulatory compliance across EHS.
• Financial Performance: manage budget, analyze reports, seek cost reductions and profitability.
• Sales & Procurement: lead commercial efforts, procure ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, build relationships.
• Team Leadership: mentor and develop a diverse, safe, high-performing team.
