Job summary

SA Recycling LLC seeks a General Manager for Northern Texas region to lead yard operations, sales, profitability and safety. You will drive production, procurement, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.

The role requires ferrous and non-ferrous processing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations. Texas presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within industrial/manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or supply chain
• Ferrous and non-ferrous processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, planning, logistics, and inventory control to meet SLAs and quality standards
• Lead safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff across the yard and office
• Manage yard budget, analyze P&L, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead commercial efforts, including purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous metals and building supplier relationships
• Mentor and develop a diverse, productive, safety-conscious team
