Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years in merchandise planning, inventory management, or related field with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees in planning and inventory.
• Oversee inventory plans to optimize sales, margin and turnover.
• Drive forecasting and demand planning processes to align with demand.
• Transform planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Provide regular KPI updates to senior leadership and drive improvements.
