Job summary

Lands’ End is seeking a Merchandise Planner for Swim to generate and manage product forecasts and inventory. You’ll work with merchandising, sourcing and sales to shape financial plans by category and client, while analyzing performance trends to drive seasonal merchandise decisions.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, support risk management, and help meet financial goals. The role supports hybrid work with onsite collaboration near the Dodgeville, WI office and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or related position.
• Understanding of planning and forecasting processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other PC-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic merchandise financial plans by category.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing and sales teams to manage forecasts and inventory.
• Analyze historical performance and current trends to support seasonal planning.
• Communicate results and risk opportunities to leadership weekly.
• Build and execute seasonal sale plans with internal and client teams.
