Banner House at T Bar M Racquet Club is seeking a Director of Programming to oversee the club's events calendar, creating engaging, memorable experiences for members and guests. You will report to the Managing Director and partner with the Membership Director to build a strong community through innovative programming.

The role requires a passion for experiential events, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across the Club, Workplace, restaurant, and public spaces.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in event planning and production.
• Diverse experience in curating and executing both large and small-scale events.
• Dallas-based network of vendors and partners to support programming.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the monthly ideation, development, programming, and execution of innovative events for The Club.
• Lead member events and Club programming to connect the membership community through hyper-local storytelling.
• Conceive unconventional and memorable member events, including high-profile talent bookings and artist residencies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to incorporate local and national brands into programming.
• Work with Membership Director to ensure programming supports retention goals.
• Identify off-site opportunities to enhance member experience (outdoor/boat/beach/wellness).
• Meet with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives for Club, Workplace, and public-facing spaces.
• Create systems to track bookings and forward planning, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and performance reviews.
• Attend Heads of Departments meetings and maintain presence on the floor with Membership Managers.
