Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering exceptional experiences within luxury hospitality, private clubs, or cultural/arts organizations.
• Background in managing partnerships with chefs, artists, performers, brands, or cultural bodies.
• Proven ability to lead a programming team and manage complex events.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Club's Programming Vision and annual strategy.
• Curate a calendar of traditions, signature events, and exclusive experiences.
• Identify trends and partnerships to elevate member experiences.
• Oversee planning and execution from concept to completion.
• Develop budgets, timelines, staffing, and operational processes.
• Negotiate partnerships and manage external vendors with fiscal responsibility.
• Lead and mentor the programming team and establish SOPs.
