Arizona State University in Downtown Phoenix seeks a Director of Simulation Operations to provide strategic, operational, financial, and staff leadership for simulation-based education across ASU Health facilities and partner sites.

This leadership role will coordinate staffing, technology, procurement, and data systems while driving performance and readiness for current programs and future ASU Health Simulation Center initiatives at HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for medical school simulation across ASU Health facilities and partner sites.
• Develop staffing, scheduling, technology, and resource plans to support simulation operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop simulation operations personnel and establish performance expectations.
• Ensure readiness and lifecycle management of simulation equipment, technology, and learning assets; collaborate with enterprise technology for systems.
