Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing seeks a Nursing Lab Manager to oversee high-fidelity simulation delivery across the campus. You will ensure alignment with program objectives, policies, and accreditation standards while mentoring faculty and staff in best practices for simulation pedagogy.

You will manage lab equipment, implement quality improvement, and collaborate with administration and partners to advance simulation-based education within the college.

Qualifications

• Masters’ degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctorate degree preferred for advanced credentialing.
• Experience in teaching or coordinating in a nursing program is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and evaluate high-fidelity simulation sessions.
• Ensure simulation activities align with program objectives and policies.
• Document and evaluate all simulation experiences and prepare accreditation materials.
• Mentor faculty and staff in simulation pedagogy and curriculum development.
• Oversee procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
