Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in healthcare education, higher education administration, simulation based education, instructional design or instructional technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with simulation technology, equipment, and debriefing practices preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across Health Sciences, IT, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and continuous improvement of simulation-based learning across the Health Sciences Division.
• Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support for simulation technology and equipment.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain reliable learning environments and future technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain simulation labs, schedules, policies, and workflows.
• Support accreditation efforts and maintain documentation for quality assurance.
