Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; US-based P.E. preferred.
• 15+ years of mechanical design and construction experience.
• 8+ years in a management role leading technical design teams.
• Data center design, commissioning, operations knowledge across NA projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Mechanical Design and Engineering for data centers.
• Oversee basis of design, construction documents, and codes compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing; support client interface.
• Mentor staff and manage budgets and schedules.
• Develop and refine design standards and process improvements.
