Crusoe is seeking a Director of Accounting to own accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting for its manufacturing business. You'll report to the Corporate Controller and lead a multi-site team of 8+ and act as the accounting partner to Manufacturing leadership.

You'll also build the cost, inventory and control infrastructure the business needs as production grows to meet demand for Crusoe's AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 5+ in manufacturing or cost accounting and 3+ in leadership.
• Proven ownership of standard costing, inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Deep experience with ERP manufacturing modules and cost systems.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls; SOX or Big 4 experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own cost accounting framework, standard costing and overhead absorption.
• Oversee inventory policy, cycle counts and physical inventories across sites.
• Lead manufacturing variances analysis and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Model margins with Engineering and Sales; manage new product cost estimates.
• Ensure timely month-end close and SOX-ready controls.
• Oversee ERP manufacturing modules and drive system improvements.
