Crusoe is searching for a Director of Accounting to own accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting for its manufacturing business. You will report to the Corporate Controller and lead a multi-site team of 8+ and act as the accounting partner to Manufacturing leadership.

You will also build the cost, inventory and control infrastructure the business needs as production grows to meet demand for Crusoe's AI infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 10+ years progressive accounting, 5+ in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• 3+ years leading teams (including managers).
• Experience with standard costing, inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Deep ERP module experience (BOMs, routings, costing).
• Experience with complex inventory (WIP, high-value parts).
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls; SOX exposure a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 8+ person multi-site finance team and partner with manufacturing leadership.
• Own cost accounting framework, standard costing, overhead absorption and labor rates.
• Oversee inventory policy, valuation, WIP, reserves, and cycle counts.
• Ensure timely month-end close and present variance analysis to executives.
• Own system improvements and ERP manufacturing module ownership.
• Drive scalable processes with emphasis on automation as facilities expand.
