Job summary

Sharp Performance is seeking a Head of Marketplace to run the system that connects first responders with coaches who have walked in their shoes. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with Coaching, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a best-in-class experience for members from activation to retention.

The position is remote within the US, with occasional travel to Carlsbad, CA as required.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling provider networks or marketplace operations.
• Ability to explain data models in simple terms.
• Decision-making with incomplete information and fast adaptation.
• Preference for ownership over supervision.
• Strong commitment to serving those who serve others.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace planning and demand-supply balance.
• Define metrics and dashboards for marketplace performance.
• Lead data, analytics, and BizOps; set quarterly priorities.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success for launches.
