Job summary

Sharp Performance is seeking a Head of Marketplace to orchestrate the matching between first responders and coaches with lived experience. You will report directly to the CEO and lead cross-functional teams across Coaching, Product, Marketing and Customer Success.

You’ll own marketplace planning, efficiency, and data-driven operations, build dashboards, define metrics, and set the operating rhythm with the bizops team, while traveling as needed to Carlsbad, CA and customer sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling marketplace or networked platforms, preferably in telehealth or care marketplaces.
• Ability to explain data models in simple terms.
• Decisions with incomplete information and fast iteration based on data.
• Ownership mindset with minimal need for supervision.

Responsibilities

• Balance supply and demand across the marketplace and plan for future capacity.
• Define and own metrics, dashboards, and reporting for performance transparency.
• Lead data, product analytics, and bizops; set operating rhythm for the company.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable pricing and renewals.
