• Partner with the Director to translate strategy into operational plans and run day-to-day department operations.
• Own Marketing Technology & AI operations, including the management of the stack and AI governance.
• Serve as primary liaison to agencies; manage reviews, schedules, contracts, and invoicing.
• Administer the department's operating budget and build executive dashboards.
• Develop direct reports and lead cross-functional teams across brands and vendors.
