Civic Roundtable, an AI-powered government operations platform, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead branding, product marketing, growth, and field marketing. You’ll shape positioning, own the marketing roadmap, and build a lean team including a growth marketer and a designer.

Reporting to the CEO, this role supports complex government customers, coordinates with Sales, Product, and customer teams, and may be remote with a preference for candidates in Boston or New York.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth B2B software environments.
• Proven ability to lead brand strategy and demand generation at scale.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and executive teams.

Responsabilités

• Own our brand and positioning—turn complex products into a simple story.
• Translate customer momentum into campaigns, content, and sales materials.
• Set growth strategy and identify audiences, channels, and campaigns.
• Lead a field strategy with events, conferences, and in-person moments.
• Partner with Sales to open, close, and expand government relationships.
• Develop a clear category voice through thought leadership and partnerships.
• Lead and grow the marketing team with clear priorities and coaching.
• Bring AI-native approaches to marketing to improve impact across channels.
