Job summary

EBAS Group is seeking a VP of Marketing to build the marketing function from the ground up for its AI-powered construction tech. You will lead branding, positioning, content, demand generation, and product marketing to drive rapid growth.

You will shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and international expansion while establishing marketing infrastructure and tooling. Collaborate closely with sales and the executive team to hit ambitious targets and hire a capable team.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience.
• Track record building and scaling a marketing function in a high-growth startup (B2B SaaS, hardware-enabled software, or industrial tech).
• Comfort operating without a playbook; mix of strategy and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing function from scratch (brand, positioning, content, demand gen, product marketing).
• Develop the go-to-market strategy and messaging for new international markets.
• Establish marketing infrastructure, tooling, and reporting where none exists.
• Partner with sales and executive team to align marketing with growth targets.
• Hire and build out a team as the function scales.
