Your Goals

  • Establish Qencode as a leading platform for building video-enabled applications and elevate us as the go-to choice for our target buyers.
  • Architect and launch an acquisition and engagement engine that drives increased pipeline and meets revenue goals.
  • Scale multi-channel demand generation to deliver qualified sales pipeline at an effective cost per qualified lead. Optimize current channels and strategically expand into new ones to ensure a consistent and predictable flow of opportunities.
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing analytics framework that improves accuracy and provides actionable, data-driven insights that lead to an improvement in overall marketing ROI.
  • Optimize onboarding sequences and create growth experiments that help measurably accelerate time-to-value for new users. Re-engineer the self-service conversion funnel to increase the free-to-paid conversion rate that significantly contributes to ARR.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Demand Gen or as the Head of Marketing
  • Proven 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 scaling experience with Technical Startups or Enterprises
  • Experience building demand for both product-led and sales-led motions
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
  • Skilled in ROI tracking and performance measurement fundamentals
