Base pay range

$170,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

About the Role

Winnie is looking for a Head of Marketing to pioneer the company’s next frontiers of growth. Organic search powered early growth, but the landscape has changed with AI and organic search is not expected to drive the next phase. The team is seeking a *data-driven, AI-native, creative marketer* who lives and breathes user acquisition—someone who can discover and grow new channels and help take advantage of the many opportunities that AI brings.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically test and scale new user‑acquisition channels to diversify traffic beyond traditional SEO/SEM
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all acquisition channels, optimizing for ROI
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship growth‑oriented features
  • Design and maintain thoughtful integrations with generative AI platforms, exposing enough data to drive growth while safeguarding Winnie’s proprietary moat

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading growth or marketing at a high‑growth consumer or marketplace startup
  • Expertise in location-based targeting and marketing for brick-and-mortar businesses
  • Proven track record of growth wins driven by ingenuity over budget
  • Fluency in social platform mechanics (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and ability to be hands-on
  • Data‑driven decision‑making; familiarity with Amplitude/GA4/SQL
