Conagra Brands seeks a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the enterprise strategy, standards, capability, and continuous improvement for maintenance work management across its manufacturing sites. You will establish and sustain a consistent operating system for identifying, prioritizing, planning, scheduling, executing, closing, and improving proactive and reactive maintenance work.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing with leadership responsibility.
• Progressive experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or asset reliability programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise Maintenance Work Management strategy, vision, and governance.
• Influence senior leaders to drive proactive and reactive maintenance adoption.
• Establish enterprise operating framework for work identification, prioritization, and planning.
• Guide network-wide implementation aligning plant and corporate leaders on maturity priorities.
• Define enterprise requirements across the work-order lifecycle from request to closure.
• Shape job-planning expectations to improve safety, productivity, and execution quality.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and promote safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
