Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a senior engineering leader to drive enterprise Maintenance Work Management strategy across manufacturing sites. You will set standards, roadmap, governance, and capabilities to identify, prioritize, plan, schedule, execute, close, and continuously improve maintenance work.

You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve asset availability, reliability, and schedule predictability while shaping enterprise requirements for SAP Plant Maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Reliability, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field; 10+ years in maintenance/reliability/manufacturing with leadership.
Progressive maintenance/reliability experience in manufacturing, including planning, scheduling, and work management across multiple sites.
Expert knowledge of maintenance work management lifecycle and enterprise asset management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Maintenance Work Management strategy and roadmap.
Drive scheduling, backlog governance, and work prioritization across the manufacturing network.
Align enterprise requirements for work orders, planning, execution, and closeout with site leadership.
Develop enterprise data governance, KPI definition, and performance insights to guide decisions.
Lead organizational change and capability-building for major deployments.
