Island Oaks Tiny Homes, RV & Camping Resort is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee all maintenance, facilities, asset preservation, and grounds operations across our luxury outdoor destination. This leadership role requires hands-on expertise, safety focus, and a passion for guest experiences.

The role leads maintenance staff, coordinates contractors, manages budgets, and drives preventive maintenance, capital projects, and asset strategies to ensure reliable

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Building Systems, Engineering Technology, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, schedule, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, recognize, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff as needed.
• Develop training programs including safety training and annual certification requirements.
• Establish and maintain departmental Standards of Excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure Guest Ready standards.
• Coordinate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain maintenance records and policies.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; oversee capital projects.
