Head of Maintenance – Join Our Team at Piramal Critical Care!

Maintenance Manager

You'll oversee the engineering maintenance operations of our Bethlehem site, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, water systems, and civil works.

This is a key leadership position focused on compliance, reliability, continuous improvement, and zero unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and control maintenance costs
• Ensure 100% utility availability with minimal downtime
• Oversee CMMS system Work Order management
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety regulatory standards
• Supervise civil-related activities and facility readiness
• Manage project execution – both greenfield and brownfield
• Lead team development, training and performance management

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Engineering manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of utilities, civil, electrical, mechanical systems
• Understanding of codes regulations (federal, state, local) cGMP, safety, and audit-readiness expertise
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence continuous improvement tools
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
