Roles and Responsibilities* Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machine systems within training and tool restraints, oversee repairs by outside service technicians, and evaluate equipment modifications when necessary.* Perform all duties of the following Compression Department levels: Operator IV, Operator V, Operator VI, and Operator VII.* Assist in evaluating new equipment needs and performance, train personnel for all department levels and oversee training of new technicians.* Evaluate the performance of OEM replacement parts to reduce parts cost and assist coach with parts inventory management.* Review equipment modifications with coach and product development groups (R&D/PE) to address new product machine issues. Assist other departments with mechanical repairs when necessary and perform other assignments as requested or as business needs require.* Follows Piramal's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
