Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, PE, or related roles.
• Experience leading acquisitions from sourcing to integration.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, or professional services preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth-through-acquisition strategy and identify opportunities.
• Develop a robust pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets.
• Oversee due diligence and coordinate cross-functional evaluations.
• Lead transaction execution from outreach through closing.
• Collaborate with CEO, finance, HR, legal, and leaders throughout deal lifecycle.
• Present updates to executives and the Board.
