You will drive cost, quality, and reliability across all miles and providers, aligning logistics performance with client experience and gross margin. This builder role requires 10+ years in logistics leadership, 4+ years managing teams, and a track record in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain leadership in high growth environments.
• 4+ years of people management and building high performing teams.
• Experience in furniture or luxury goods a plus.
• Ownership of international freight and customs operations, including Europe.
• Ability to balance cost, speed, and customer experience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, structure, and execution of Maiden Home logistics network.
• Lead white glove delivery optimization, 3PL management, and provider relations.
• Manage returns logistics, storage, and refurbishment partner networks.
• Oversee international inbound/outbound logistics, tariff risk, and compliance.
• Own freight spend, invoicing, claims, and reconciliation; drive cost improvements.
• Develop scorecards and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
