Responsibilities

• Lead global interior design strategy across resorts, hospitality, and F&B.
• Translate business and brand objectives into distinctive, functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, procurement and development teams.
• Oversee external consultants, vendors, and design partners globally.
• Develop and coach a global design team and drive ROI.
