Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA seeks a Director of Logistics to lead the market unit’s transportation, last-mile delivery and finished goods warehousing across a broad distribution network. You'll manage a leadership team of 5–9 and about 300 employees while overseeing a substantial logistics budget to ensure on-time delivery and in-stock performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of logistics/operations experience.
• 2+ years in direct store delivery (DSD).
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, and customer service.
• Strong analytical and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions.
• Assess unit requirements to deliver cost-effective customer experience.
• Develop leadership team and engage employees.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to improve execution.
• Maintain connections to external customers and address needs.
• Oversee logistics budget and metrics; align with Sales for profitability.
• Implement initiatives to improve logistics capabilities.
