Job summary

Forward Global is seeking an experienced practitioner to grow and lead our litigation/arbitration support and complex investigations offerings in the U.S. The role focuses on business development while mentoring team members and expanding Forward Global's brand.

The candidate will manage high-stakes matters, work with public affairs colleagues, and contribute to a robust, world-class investigations practice across offices.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of professional experience in corporate investigations as a practitioner.
• Proven network of relationships with law firms, general counsels and litigation funders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal business development infrastructure.
• Strong case management skills and interest in training team members.
• Commitment to exemplary client service delivery.
• Experience managing teams; strong people management skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to other offices and client meetings.
• JD is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead our litigation/arbitration support and complex investigations offerings.
• Develop business in the U.S. and broaden Forward Global's client base, especially law firms.
• Mentor researchers and build a robust, world-class practice.
• Manage high-stakes investigations at a high level and coordinate with public affairs teams.
• Provide strategic guidance to raise the firm's profile and revenue.
