Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Florida. You will support our growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets, managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more.

You’ll steer multi-million dollar disputes, minimize risk, and represent the company in high-stakes proceedings. The role involves working on vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with evolving US and global legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation and regulatory matters.
• Experience drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, and handling trials.
• Strong communication, writing and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition and healthcare law matters.
• Represent Epic in high-stakes disputes and lead settlement negotiations.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
