Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Manager to lead the firm’s Litigation Department and oversee day-to-day operations. You will mentor staff, identify process improvements, and ensure work quality and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in litigation management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and common client systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Litigation Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Familiar with CaseAware, Black Knight, and Tempo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of litigation cases from referral to resolution.
• Lead and manage team to ensure high performance standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and optimize departmental processes to increase efficiency.
• Monitor daily reports for team capacity and incoming volume.
• Monitor department calendar, schedules, and deadlines daily.
• Review internal audits and provide rebuttals monthly.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients with regular updates.
