For our client, we are seeking a Head of Litigation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This is a high-impact legal leadership role focused on shaping and executing the company’s litigation strategy across affirmative disputes, commercial conflicts, and regulatory matters. The position partners closely with executive leadership to guide critical legal decisions, manage outside counsel efficiently, and turn complex disputes into practical business outcomes. You will also help build scalable legal infrastructure and bring sound judgment, technical fluency, and strong commercial instincts to a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually.
