Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an innovative Life Sciences Cloud product leader to drive roadmap and strategy from concept to market leadership.

You’ll partner with global teams in San Francisco, India and NYC to deliver multiple releases annually and guide cross‑functional execution across engineering and UX. You bring 5+ years in product management, deep Life Sciences domain knowledge, and a proven ability to align stakeholders in a fast‑paced startup‑like environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
5+ years of product management experience.
5+ years building, implementing, developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
Experience leading international teams and working across time zones.

Responsibilities

Build a vision, roadmap and strategy for Life Sciences Cloud and evangelize it with customers, partners and employees.
Work with San Francisco and India product teams to deliver multiple releases per year.
Collaborate with Salesforce Clouds and Industries teams to build cross‑product capabilities and manage dependencies.
Engage with customers during pre- and post‑sales implementations to ensure business outcomes.
