Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics teams, with 7+ years in marketing analytics in healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Experience in consulting or professional services management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BI, data science, and statistical modeling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data innovation strategy and enterprise analytics across the organization.
• Oversee client engagements and test/control measurement, dashboards, and automation projects.
• Develop client reporting and measurement solutions; drive value narratives for healthcare marketing programs.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to analytics teams and cross-functional partners.
