Job summary

Averitas Pharma is seeking an Associate Director of Data & Analytics to transform complex data into actionable BI that informs commercial and medical decisions. This role blends deep data work with strategic leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure analyses drive business outcomes.

The candidate will develop predictive models, MMM, and forecasts, and will present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while guiding dashboards and data governance across sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in analytics or statistics.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics or commercial operations
• Experience with pharma syndicated data (specialty pharmacy, claims, etc.)
• Strong ability to manage both detailed analyses and strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insight generation to support brand and commercial strategy.
• Develop predictive models, MMM, and forecasting; present to diverse audiences.
• Create and improve dashboards, scorecards, ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendors/partners
