Job summary

ConnectiveRx in New Jersey seeks a Director of Advanced Analytics to lead data-driven strategy and deliver measurable value for pharmaceutical and Life Science clients. You will guide cross-functional teams to articulate insights and ROI narratives that inform decision making.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, mentoring a team of data professionals and partnering with Marketing Analytics, Business Development and Product teams to expand data offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 10+ years leading an analytics team in marketing analytics within healthcare.
• Consulting and professional services management experience preferred.
• Life Science experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BI, data modeling, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data innovation strategy and enterprise analytics program.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver insights.
• Oversee client reporting, data models, dashboards, and automation projects.
• Develop and implement client measurement solutions and ROI narratives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance coaching to analytics staff.
• Partner across Marketing Analytics, Business Development, and Product teams to drive value.
