Job summary
Legora in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Legal Engineer to act as a player-coach, leading Legora’s most complex client engagements while growing a team of Legal Engineers. You will combine deep legal knowledge with product expertise and people leadership to drive adoption, time-to-value, and measurable outcomes for clients and your team.

Qualifications
- Background in law with top-tier firm or in-house exposure.
- Experience managing client-facing delivery teams.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong product sense and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise pilots and implementations across stakeholders and products.
- Own priority client use cases end-to-end with scalable onboarding.
- Act as senior thought partner to clients and build trusted relationships.
- Deliver executive demos, workshops, and presentations.
- Influence internal teams on implementation strategy and handover.
- Represent the voice of the customer and surface product gaps.
