Role overview

This role supports the Chief Legal Officer and the Group Legal department, with responsibilities including:

  1. Setting and executing the strategic and operational legal services for the business
  2. Prioritizing and distributing work within the legal team
  3. Ensuring the legal team is skilled and performing effectively
  4. Negotiating and advising on complex contracts, projects, and legal issues, focusing on data, IT, insurance, intermediary/broker activities, claims, and outsourced services

Job requirements – demonstrable experience in:

  1. Managing a legal team and legal operations
  2. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including data (PII) and software agreements
  3. Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
  4. Using Office applications proficiently (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams)
