Job summary

Safran Cabin in North America is seeking a Director, Production-Operations to lead the production team and shape operational strategy for safe, efficient manufacturing. You will direct policies, drive lean initiatives, and manage senior managers to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong budgetary and analytical skills, and a proven ability to optimize production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Leads and assigns work to managers and leadership staff.
• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and visitors on site.
• Control costs and optimize manufacturing processes through lean principles.
• Review production and operational reports to prevent delays and cut costs.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to adjust goals as needed.
