Job summary

PCNA in the United States seeks a Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for all production functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and profitability.

You will lead Lean initiatives, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with HR and S&OP to align staffing and performance with business goals. This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including experience leading production teams in a high‑volume environment.
• Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the business strategy.
• Manage the business unit P&L with focus on cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Oversee manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to eliminate waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with HR for workforce planning and with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
