Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Georgia seeks an operations leader to manage a large, multi-shift distribution campus, focusing on inbound to outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery.

You will partner with retail and manufacturing teams, implement SOPs, and drive KPI improvements while leading 40–60 employees across shifts. This role supports growth initiatives across a regional footprint and ensures exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, put away, picking, staging, loading, and outbound delivery across multiple shifts in a high-volume facility.
• Manage daily linehaul operations, optimizing transfer schedules, trailer utilization, and regional routing.
• Drive performance in repair shop operations, including scheduling, parts management, and cost control.
• Implement SOPs, safety programs, inventory controls, and operational policies across all shifts.
• Coordinate floor stock replenishment and home delivery services to stores and end customers.
