Responsibilities

• Lead Training Unit and agency-wide training strategy and resources.
• Perform systems analysis and support for agency applications and data-processing operations.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and personnel evaluations and maintain division records.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll issues, and division reporting; ensure compliance with policies.
