Connection in Glens Falls, NY is seeking an IT Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security professionals, and strengthen the enterprise security posture. The role includes security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, and cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams, ensure alignment with security frameworks, and drive continuous

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and developing a Security Operations team.
• Managing enterprise security tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and DLP.
• Incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
• Cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 security.
• Working across infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams.
